It’s on the way
It’s coming – and I don’t mean Christmas, even though it is.
No, I mean the sequel to BAGMAN. The writing has finished and now the proofreading process has begun. I have managed to pick up a few mistakes myself but the real work is done by others, notably my friend Fran, who appears to possess X-Ray vision.
As I’ve said before, when you’re the author and you know what a sentence is meant to say, your brain can actually trick your eyes into believing that they’ve read exactly those words. As I like to put it, I words out of sentences. See what I did there? Not the best of gags but there you go. Fran is very good at spotting what’s missed out. When your book’s finished, you’ll need to do what they suggest on ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire?’ and phone a Fran.
The sequel is called BAGMAN HITS THE ROAD but it’s designed to be a sequel where you don’t need to have read the first book in order for it to make sense. I’m aiming to put it out on Amazon sometime in January. And it’s not going to be a trilogy. This is it.
What’s the significance of the camel? You’ll just have to read the book to find out!
