Bagman Hits the Road

I’m delighted to say that the sequel has arrived.

BAGMAN HITS THE ROAD continues the story of Andy Hughes and his dreams of making it as a pro guitarist.

Andy’s friend and all-time guitar hero Mac Mackstead has disappeared somewhere in Turkey – and that’s a big country.  It’s been two years since Andy’s heard from Mac and he doesn’t know what’s happened to him or even whether he’s still alive.  After persuading his wife Clara that it’s about time they took a holiday, they travel to Turkey, beginning Andy’s quest to find Mac, a quest that will involve a slick happiness guru, a total ban on mobile phones and facing-down men with big moustaches in smoky bars.  And that’s just the start of the story.

When Andy returns home, he’s forced to confront what makes him happy and decide what he really wants to do in life.  Is he finally going to test himself to the limits and actually go out on tour with a real band?
